Horace Green, a local baker in Brighton, believed that baking was one of the warmest ways to show your friends and family that you care. In 1907 he came up with the idea to lend a helping hand in the kitchen by pre-mixing the dry indgredients and selling the packs in his store. His mixes made delicious home baking so easy and fun to prepare, they were a huge success. The company afffectionately become known as 'Green's of Brighton'. Now almost 100 years on Green's continues Horace's love of baking and easy delicious recipes.
